Learn how to reserve spaces for your event, from classrooms to outdoor areas, special campus venues, or at one of the lively student centers or a vibrant and entertaining space on Centennial Campus. Step 3: Submit Work Orders
Event support services are available at your request. Each one has its own process and request form. Consult these links to request the event support that you need, including av support, custodial services, waste and recycling, and designated parking. (Associated service fees may apply)

Step 4: Press and Media
Media Relations and News Services experts can help spotlight your event. If your event includes media coverage or publicity, follow these university guidelines for working with the press and promoting your event while aligning with NC State’s brand standards.
Step 5: Safety and Security
Ensure your event meets NC State’s safety, security and emergency preparedness requirements. Request police staffing , EMT staffing, or off hour access to your event location. Protocols for youth programs and minors and emergency preparedness guidance is also readily available inside.
