Completed replacement/upgrade of 685 access control circuit boards

Comprehensive cleanup of outdated Genetec camera system naming convention and programming naming conventions for a more standardized and streamlined camera view names. (3,100+ cameras)

Comprehensive renaming of doors across Ccure System and added field to identify department owner to assist with WOS data (3,800+ access control points)

Major access control Clearance Clean Up initiative has been completed and applied to Ccure to assist with Security Liaisons that are using the new SAT Liaison Clearance tool

Updated campus door access system (CCure 9000) to latest version (3.09)

Updated campus-wide camera firmware for 3100+ IP cameras

Eliminated PCI CCure system with decommissioning of the Admin III data center

Updated campus alarm system receiving software (Compass / 7810 PC to accommodate the newest Honeywell panels for IDS (intrusion detection system)

Team leaders on the project management unit attended ASIS Security Conference to learn more about new trends and technologies in the security industry

Field Operations

Replaced/updated IP intercoms in 27 Security Stanchions

Technician training on rebuilding electronic hardware in response to supply chain issues allowed us to facilitate additional projects where hardware supply wasn’t available

Technicians training on the CCURE 9000 access control platform

Technicians trained and certified on fall protection, aerial lifts, scissor lifts and metal detectors

IT Operations

Monthly and quarterly software updates, builds, patches of infrastructure software

Operating System upgrades to latest supported O/S for all SAT servers and desktops

Complete rewrite of the web and service layer for SAT development assets

Implementation of devops based CI/CD build automation using NCSU based GitHub actions

Creation and release of several new software tools in support of university needs including clearance assignment and user lookup tools which allows security liaisons to self-assign clearances to individuals for their respective areas of responsibility

Migrate all SAT developed applications to container based deployments in above Kubernetes Clusters
Completed Partial Migration of the Clearance Management tool to the C-Cure API
