Interested in hosting an event in one of the following spaces:
- Talley Student Union
- Witherspoon Student Center
- Hunt Library – Duke Energy Hall
- Outdoor Spaces – Stafford Commons, Harris Field, Brickyard, Wolf Plaza, Governors Scott Courtyard, Court of North Carolina, Bostian Lawn, Gardner Arboretum, Mary Yarborough Courtyard
Classroom space may be available for hosting a student organization event.
In order to reserve a room on campus, your student organization must be registered (each year) with Student Involvement. Registration and Records only reserves university classrooms (designated as “110” spaces).
To reserve space in an academic classroom, please submit the Room Reservation Request form.
Interested in an event in other spaces on campus not available via Student Centers or classrooms?
There are many wonderful venues on campus to host events, large and small, inside or outside. For non-academic events, sponsored by university individuals and non-university affiliates, start your event registration process and programming request!
